WHMCS 7 installer stuck at step 4 ?

I'm trying to install whmcs 7 on a php7 machine, and the install freezez and step 4 = whmcs/install/install.php?step=4

It's really strange because i have tryed on 2 different machines and the output is the same.

anything in install/log/ ? There should be a file in there that might contain more information

If you do decide to post that info here, please, make sure to edit out sensitive information such as paths (ie: /home/user/etc)

Hi Alexudr,

 

Usually re-uploading a fresh copy of your files will help with this, in particular the Vendor Files.

 

I'd also check the error_log in your WHMCS folder to see what's showing in there as you may not have any errors in the installer log

I am having the same problem.

 

I reuploaded all files, several times. The install error log shows:

[WHMCS Installer] INFO: Previous install not detected; a fresh install will be attempted [],

Several times it seems as if the mysql port number was not being written to the configuration file. Also even though the system check shows "green", mysql version for my server is unavailable.
