Incapsula CDN Ip address instead of user Ip address in new orders

Hi,

 

I'm using Incapsula as security CDN for our website. In new orders we are getting one of Incapsula Ip address instead of user Ip. I have an script that get the real user ip instead of Incapsula ip but I'm not sure where should I put the ip value when creating the order. I tried sending a hidden input with id="ipaddress" in checkout form but doesn't works.
