Problem with automatic payments

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone!

First of everything, sorry about my english level.

I have a problem with my VHMCS installation. When a client pay, the invoice is not marked like paid.

Could the problem be that I have prices in two currencies; USD and EU?

Sorry and thank you so much.

first place to check is the Gateway logs, this can be found in Admin Area -> Billing -> Gateway Log

then Activity Log: Admin Area -> Utilities -> Logs -> Activity Log

Thank you so much sentq.

In the gateway log, the result is always the same:

IPN Handshake Invalid

I dont know where the error could be. Because the payments are correctly processed by paypal.

Yes, sorry...

And thank you so much for telling me where to look.

Thank you.

Now, I changed it to utf-8.

I will tell here if it works.

Hi,

If you don't see any entries in the Gateway Log at the time of payment, please ensure that IPN Messages are enabled in your PayPal account: http://docs.whmcs.com/PayPal#Instant_Payment_Notification_.28IPN.29

It sounds like it might have been disabled automatically due to the previous errors.

Thank you so much John. As you said, it was disabled in my Paypal account.

If it works now, I will tell you in this post.
