aukint Posted July 29, 2016 Share Posted July 29, 2016 I'm tired from last 24 hours in search of fixing email thing that was working fine before 20th July 2016. - Customers can get invoice via email. - Forgot password email works. - New signup customer email works. In short email service was working perfectly but suddenly it stopped working I asked Hostgator guys but they said its WHMCS internal issue, I recently update the version 6.3.0 to 6.3.1 (thought it might be fixed) but problem is still same even I used SMTP and it won't works.
