how to insert break line in ticket (WYSIWYG)

how to insert break line in ticket reply, i press enter button 2 or 3 time to separate my reply to my signature in reply, but after making reply my breakline formated to only 1 breakline and all breakline removed on ticket email received by my client.

how to make my reply format the same to my original reply?

Thank you for getting back on this. I have talked to the Support. Unfortunately there is not workaround or solution, yet. This is a huge step backwards.

 

Markdown doesn't obey single line breaks, two returns will be interpreted as a new paragraph

 

I won't believe that people don't format their support tickets. Especially on long step by step instruction Clients keep complaining about my support ticket replies. Anyone else?

Markdown is pure evil and I have always hated it. It's not a WYSIWYG editor but more a WYSIATMAWYGIC (what you see is a total mess and what you get is chaos). For sure* you can fix this issue using a Smarty modifier with a boring regex.
