snake
I am testing the ticket system on a new whmms 6 install from my google apps account, and was not getting any replies, and after checking the SMTP logs (I send via mailgun) I noticed that whmcs is sending replies to mail-noreply@google.com instead to the address the email came from (my address). Anyone know what the hell is causing this ?
snake
I have checke dthe headers from the original email, and mail-noreply@google.com does not appear there anywhere, so really confused as to where WHMCS is getting this address from in the first place.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 1, 2016 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 1, 2016 Hi, The support ticket notification emails are sent to the email address of administrators (Setup > Staff Management > Administrator Users). I can confirm that nowhere in the WHMCS code is the email address mail-noreply@google.com used.
