WHMCS Email Piping Issue

Hi,

WHMS Piping is some how becoming a paid for me - Cpanel + cloud linux

 

Present Issue:

Customers emails seems to be piping to the ticketing system, tickets are created but the ticket id is zero and its not found when logged in whmcs as admin.

http://www.domain+whmcs/admin/supporttickets.php?action=viewticket&id=0

 

If any one here can give a quick response. Business is stuck up.
