zomex
Hello, There may be a better method but contacting the developer should be your first port of call. You could also re-name each directory one by one to and test to find out which directory it is. Thanks.
tommyinnn
Thanks Zomex, the problem is I never keep up with the countless Stripe updates and had experimented with other Stripe gateway scripts when they first came out, I just never deleted them, I'm almost sure it's the Server Ping Stripe gateway and have since updated. The original problem was automated suspension not working and credit cards were not automatically being processed, but the rest of the cron tasks complete with no problems so I didn't suspect the cron at first ... I have a ticket with WHMCS about it now, seems the cron is getting stuck when it gets to CC's but no errors with the Stripe gateway when a client goes in and pays by CC. I suspect some cPanel update or perhaps a Apache update/change at the hosting provider, it's shared so I can't run any cron commands.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted May 20, 2016 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted May 20, 2016 Hi, Take a look at the Billing > Gateway of page. This will show the name of the gateway through which your payments are being processed. It would be safe to conclude the others not listed recently are no longer in use.
tommyinnn
This is the error read timeout at /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/LWP/Protocol/http.pm line 452. Since it's a shared hosting account, the problem now is getting the provider (Hostgator) to correct the problem... on 5th day waiting on a ticket response
