Attach button not working

Hello forum

we have an problem with Attach button, in ticket's we can't attach any thing.

exactly when we click on this button no action happened.

host is directadmin and we changed writable directory into:

$attachments_dir = "/home/username/attachments/";
$downloads_dir = "/home/username/downloads/";
$templates_compiledir = "/home/username/templates_c/";

when we use default directory it worked perfectly. but when it change doesn't work any more.

if you have any idea please tell me.

Can you explain more about exactly what happens when you click the attach button and which attach button you mean. I assume you mean on the submitticket.php page? Are you using a custom/modified WHMCS template? It could be a javascript conflict that's causing it not to work.

actually in admin area when we want attach somthing to support ticket response this buttons not work.

if you see attached screenshot when i click on the this selected buttons just color changed and not action happened.

Are you using a custom admin template? If so, does the problem still happen on the stock templates (Blend or v4)?

 

Please try uploading a fresh copy of the /admin files. If you've customised your admin directory name, be sure to upload the files there instead. Then clear your browser cache and try again.
