free Posted May 15, 2016 Share Posted May 15, 2016 Hello forum we have an problem with Attach button, in ticket's we can't attach any thing. exactly when we click on this button no action happened. host is directadmin and we changed writable directory into: $attachments_dir = "/home/username/attachments/"; $downloads_dir = "/home/username/downloads/"; $templates_compiledir = "/home/username/templates_c/"; when we use default directory it worked perfectly. but when it change doesn't work any more. if you have any idea please tell me. thanks 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
zomex Posted May 16, 2016 Share Posted May 16, 2016 Hello, Can you explain more about exactly what happens when you click the attach button and which attach button you mean. I assume you mean on the submitticket.php page? Are you using a custom/modified WHMCS template? If so, does the problem still happen on the stock templates (Blend or v4)? Please try uploading a fresh copy of the /admin files. If you've customised your admin directory name, be sure to upload the files there instead.
