New Installation Issues

Hello everyone i have took the license and have installed whmcs from the softaculous in my server.....and everything installed fine....i have checked all the necessary things that need to do.....but nothing is working is working ....... megaspace.in/clientarea check the link try registering or sending an email......nothing is working,its just showing the same page again......tried everything....tried the manual installation but it is strucking in middle only........so how to resolve this and what might be the error ??

Wow i don't think this product is fit and i think indians should start building one to take the market.....because we took the license and nothing is working and started tickets for that and 24 hours passed and still no reply from the whmcs .... but they say we are 24/7 ...Its false......we are facing the issue from the past 24 hours still not even assigned.........................so we came to the forum posted the issue and even we told we will pay the helper.......but even forum moderators are not allowing that tooo............not solving and not allowing othes to solve.....What is this ???? should we report this issue to government ?? or any petition have to be made ???

if you were offering to pay for help, you probably posted in the wrong forum - you'd need to do that in Marketplace... posting for paid assistance, anywhere outside of there, will likely result in your post being edited.

 

... but chances are it's just a setting that hasn't been set correctly and easily resolved - viewing the activity log might help with that.

Yes brian.............i knew to make someone come here i have done like that .......and why whmcs is very late in responding .....?? regarding the ticket we even didn't get the response........from them....and i even can't login to admin....because it is not logging me in and saying wrong details eventhough they are correct......sql queries are not working....but i dont know why...

i've heard Support often taking longer than 24 hours to respond - so that's not unheard of.

 

if SQL queries aren't working, then perhaps the database settings aren't correct - maybe WHMCS can't write to the database?

 

i've never installed WHMCS via softaculous before (always manually), so i've no idea what default settings it applies during installation.

 

some possible next steps...

 

1. delete WHMCS, re-install it and hope that Softaculous installs it correctly.

2. contact your hosting company and/or Softaculous for help.

3. wait for WHMCS to respond to your ticket.

4. post in Marketplace and pay someone to help.

 

it's probably a simple issue to correct, but not really practicable to do so openly in a forum.
