munkitkat
When I try to look at one of my knowledgebase articles, it times out with error "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS." I have not changed any of the WHMCS templates or code. I'm not really sure where to begin working on this problem at. Could someone point me in the right direction? I do not have a .htaccess for WHMCS. I haven't changed any settings that I can recall that would cause this issue.
zomex
Hello, Do you have the SEO friendly URLs enabled in WHMCS under setup > general settings > support? I'd recommend also testing with a default WHMCS template such as "Six" that will allow you to narrow down the issue to your template if that's the case.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 15, 2016 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 15, 2016 Hi, Do you have any .htaccess files above the WHMCS directory (eg. in /public_html) as those can sometimes adversely affect scripts located in sub-directories. So it would be worth temporarily removing any to eliminate them as the cause. Quite often Wordpress is to blame for such situations.
