viive
I understand that there are 2 x api currently being used by OVH. The older one is about to be dropped completely. Does anyone know which api the OVH the current OVH Domain Registration module is using in WHMCS? I want to get domain syncing working but will not open the time and effort if this is the older api.
brian!
I know v5 used the old soap method, and the documentation hasn't been changed to say otherwise for v6 - so my guess, and that's all it is(!), would be that they still are. however, the only people who'll know will be WHMCS - so it may be worth opening a ticket... and you might get the answer by the start of next week.
viive
Thanks for the reply ..... I can see the api end point is this https://www.ovh.com/soapi/soapi-re-1.14.wsdl So I guess this is still the old one OVH say they released the new one almost a year ago now!
freled
New api version need more than a Nic-handle and a password to work, so i think it's stil with soapi.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 26, 2016 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 26, 2016 Hi, I can confirm the endpoint of the OVH module currently distributed by us is https://www.ovh.com/soapi/soapi-re-1.14.wsdl Case CORE-8631 is currently open internally with our development team to evaluate potentially creating a new module for the new API.
