brian!
have you been through the steps in the documentation below? http://docs.whmcs.com/Blank_or_Partially_Rendered_Pages sounds like it could be a corrupt upload or memory issue, but go through the steps in the above link and it will hopefully reveal what the problem is...

brian!
we did go through those steps but no result well I assume you haven't gone through the final suggestion and contacted support! if re-uploading didn't resolve it, you might need to figure out the differences between your dev and live server... e.g, if you've upgraded from v5, then there might be old v5 hooks, addons etc floating around - and it can just take one bad line of code to cause a blank page. was your dev a clean install of v6, or an upgrade from v5 also? if clean, then perhaps that might be a last-resort option for the live site - backup the files there, delete them and do a clean v6.2.2 install... you'll already have the v6 upgraded database (and assuming a corruption in that isn't the cause), you can then add your v6 addons and templates. but as I say, treat that as a last resort and first try to figure out the differences between the dev and live sites. WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted March 25, 2016 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted March 25, 2016 Hi, This is typically caused by old provisioning modules in the /modules/servers directory. I suggest comparing your directory against the one in a fresh download from http://download.whmcs.com and remove any surplus ones from your installation.
