whmcs live chat - agent reporting

Hi

 

I used whmcs live chat and was considering enabling it again however realised what I need is agent reporting.

 

I see Zopim offers this or how are alot of you that have hosting companies aswell manage your staff using live chat?

 

Should we stick to WHMCS live chat or change to Zopim/ Olark etc.

 

Note: Used Tawk.to aswell but it also has no agent reporting.
