Increase price of the domain?

I need to know, how I can increase the price of a domain if the product or plan is removed from the shopping cart?

Please can you send more details? How was the product removed from the cart, do you mean hidden?

 

Your domain pricing can be edited under setup > domain pricing

 

And your products under setup > products/services > edit > pricing tab

do you mean a product or plan that a customer already uses, that you no longer wish to offer to others ?

 

if so, you can go to the admin area and update the recurring amount value for the domain in the client's profile.

you can't do it that way.

 

let's say a .com registration from you is $10, and the product (which requires a domain) is $40 - if a customer gets both, it's $50... if they removed the product, they'll get charged $10

 

if you want to increase the domain cost to $15, you can - but to make both product and domain equal $50, you would reduce the product to $35 - or perhaps use Product Bundles depending on exactly what you're trying to do.
