[unconfirmed] Domain renewal grace periods not working

I've searched the forum but can't find any recent reference to it.

 

Is the Domain renewal grace period option working in 6.2?

 

I've added:

$DomainRenewalGracePeriods[".ie"] = "45";

 

to my config file, but it's not working (was working up until 6.2 as far as I know).

i'd be inclined to agree with you on this that it's bugged in v6.2.

 

i've just tested some grace periods and minimums in the v6.2 dev config file and they're not being picked up - only the defaults are being used... but in v5.3, they're working fine.

 

you might want to post this in the Bug Reports forum or open a ticket with support to get this investigated... and report back what they say.

We cannot confirm this with a fresh install - but it could be affected by a template change. Please try different order form templates (Setup -> General Settings -> Ordering), and see if the issue still persists.
