jhat3k1
I am in the testing phase of my setup, and when I process a transaction, despite the paypal transaction being processed, it does not show as paid in my accounts tab. I have to go in, and accept a "none" payment for the amount to get it to reflect a 0 balance. I have searched, but found no answer in the threads. Thanks in advance for the help, John - - - Updated - - - I should ad that I am trying to do an annual payment through paypal. - - - Updated - - - it also still has an unpaid invoice notification in the visitor notification area. I have confirmed in paypal that the payment was accepted.

brian!
this is one of those situations were you might be better served opening a ticket with support - they'll be able to check your setup to confirm if there is an issue or not.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted December 18, 2015 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted December 18, 2015 Hi, Please navigate to Billing > Gateway Log. Do you see any record of the payments? If so please copy the the result into your reply. (Do NOT copy the sensitive debug_data) If there are no entries please double-check the IPN settings in your account are configured per our documentation @ http://docs.whmcs.com/PayPal If that's configured correctly already, in your PayPal account navigate to History > IPN History and click the Message ID link corresponding to a transaction not recorded in WHMCS. Then copy the entire contents of the Message ID page into your reply here. Take care to remove the sensitive data before posting it publicly here.
