Anyone getting $0 invoices generated with no services attached?

I put in a ticket to support #WBL-429061 and got back a dud of an answer as to why we're getting these. This didn't start happening until I upgraded to V6.0.2 a few days ago. See the screenshot for what I'm talking about. Our system create new $0 invoice every morning at 8am when the CRON runs.

What was happening is the $0 invoice was being triggered via support ticket replies. We have an add-on that customizes emails depending on the group a customer is in. Its triggering the $0 invoice just like if you were typing in something to Add Billing Entry field in the ticket.

so seems like you've found the issue, did you manage to get it fixed?
