blakeh
It's great that under automation settings there are separate billing intervals for the domains vs. products, but there needs to be a separate late fee setup also. That way we could trigger late fees to only be on domain invoices if the domain has expired. I realize that would mean an option to invoice domains separately, since late fees are by invoice only and not by line item. However it's implemented, it would be nice. bh

brian!
look at this http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?85031 as once a domain expires it goes in to a redemption period well technically it would go into a grace period of x days and then into redemption - but I know what you mean.
easyhosting
well technically it would go into a grace period of x days and then into redemption - but I know what you mean. I know when a client orders a domain from me and this is set up as due date being the date of renewal, i will always change the invoice renewal date to 7 days before the actual renewal date. if they go overdue then they pay the same late fee as any hosting client. Normally with domains if they dont pay by due date, then they wont renew the domain, but as our due date is 7 days before renewal date if give the client a little grace to pay before expiry, past expiry date then they pay the redemption fee
