Admin Area sprite.png - Please provide PSD

I'd like to customize the sprite.png image but cannot find the psd file to edit. Can someone please direct me to an editable version of this image? Much appreciated.

99% there's no PSD , sprites generated using online tools, you can easily do you own or change CSS to call other images
