kimtown
Hello again, I have a notification on the dashboard that says I have (1) ticket awaiting reply, however, when I click it, it says "No Records Found". How can I reset/remove this? I cleared all of the logs found under Utilities > System > System Cleanup thinking that might do it, but lo, it doesn't. Thank you, in advance, for your support! Si
Do you have permission to view that ticket dept under SETUP > Staff Management > Administrator Roles ?
brian!
Kim, i'd have suggested clearing the template cache again, but you say you have done this already - or did you only empty the logs? (that wouldn't have made a difference). that red box is generated in modules/widgets/system_overview.php - I don't think you could reset it as it's just a query to the database, and i'm surprised the two figures don't match... though you could remove it by editing the template. btw - Si makes a good point about permissions.
kimtown
I am the only admin Si, but I will double check that field. Thank you Brian- Yes, I have cleared the cache from the last time, and emptied the logs to be sure. I would definitely want to be sure I've covered all bases before fiddling with the code. And, thank you again for your help - - - Updated - - - Ok I double checked my roles and every box is checked. I unchecked all and rechecked all and saved to be sure there wasn't a glitch somewhere but... I also did a hard refresh and restarted the browser. I checked on other browser/computers to be sure.
brian!
Brian- Yes, I have cleared the cache from the last time, and emptied the logs to be sure. I would definitely want to be sure I've covered all bases before fiddling with the code. And, thank you again for your help for something like this, that's a good idea not to fiddle with the code - this is almost definitely a setting error (or a rogue db entry) rather a template/general error. have you taken a look at ticket statuses? http://docs.whmcs.com/Support_Ticket_Statuses you could try disabling the "Include in Awaiting Reply" for each status, refreshing the homepage and seeing if it has removed this one ticket... this might help you to find which ticket is causing the issue.
