|Rhoda Posted June 11, 2015 Share Posted June 11, 2015 Hi, I'm struggling to understand the system in which WHMCS raises credits against clients, but then doesn't show these credits in the statement. So the statement then says that the client owes more than he does - why is this? Is there something I can change to have the system show these credits on the statement? Also, my system seems to raise these credits on its own and I have no idea why, there doesn't seem to be a reason for it. The client hasn't overpaid, so where are these credits coming from?
