Module error suspending acct

Recommended Posts

When I try to suspend an account in WHMCS, I get the following error.

Module Command Error

An unknown error occurred

The module log says:

[sUSPENDACCT] => Array

[sTATUS] => 0

[sTATUSMSG] => Permission Denied

Any idea how to handle this?

Thanks again

which module print this message?

how to replicate this?

From the list of services in the Client profile, I click the edit button on the far right. This takes me to the

specific product. If I click the suspend or terminate buttons I get that message.

  • WHMCS Support Manager

That suggests you're using the cPanel module with this product then (look under Setup > Products/Services > Products/Services > Edit > Module Settings tab).

this error means that the username entered into WHMCS under Setup > Products/Services > Severs > Edit, does not have permission in WHM to suspend this particular hosting account via the cPanel API.

I'd recommend working with your server admin/hosting provider to figure out why.
