kerrya
When I try to suspend an account in WHMCS, I get the following error. Module Command Error An unknown error occurred The module log says: Array ( [sUSPENDACCT] => Array ( [sTATUS] => 0 [sTATUSMSG] => Permission Denied ) ) Any idea how to handle this? Thanks again Kerry

From the list of services in the Client profile, I click the edit button on the far right. This takes me to the specific product. If I click the suspend or terminate buttons I get that message. kerrya
which module you currently use for this product? I'm not sure I understand the question. I'm just doing this in WHMCS inself, not in a plug in. Kerry
sentq
is it cPanel, DirectAdmin, custom module, or something else?
kerrya
is it cPanel, DirectAdmin, custom module, or something else? I use WHMCS with WHM. I believe the suspend function is sent to WHM from WHMCS. Kerry
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted June 12, 2015 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted June 12, 2015 Hi, That suggests you're using the cPanel module with this product then (look under Setup > Products/Services > Products/Services > Edit > Module Settings tab). this error means that the username entered into WHMCS under Setup > Products/Services > Severs > Edit, does not have permission in WHM to suspend this particular hosting account via the cPanel API. I'd recommend working with your server admin/hosting provider to figure out why.
