ckh
I have a reseller account through WHMCS at Resellerclub. Today someone tried to renew a couple domains and they both failed with: Error: Renewal order placed. Renewal action locked in processing; will be automatically processed by the system if / when sufficient funds are available in the reseller account. I have over $170 in funds available, so renewing a couple domains shouldn't be a problem. Last time this happened, WHMCS didn't have any funds in their account. I opened a ticket regarding the issue, PTP-490369, about four hours ago and haven't received a response. If it is indeed failing due to lack of funds again in the WHMCS reseller account, I find that unacceptable and unprofessional and makes me look bad to my clients. I'm hoping someone here from WHMCS can expedite the ticket and get some funds into their account.
sentq
why don't you register at ResellerClub directly? there is no fees at all and you have full control. also you will be able to move clients and domains from current reseller account to the new one easily without any issues.
ckh
Yeah, I think, I'm going to have to do that as they still haven't updated the ticket and they still don't have funds in their account. Puts a hold on hosting with new domains till they get their act together.
