Where can I find blocked attachements for tickets?

Seems like the attachements were deleted when the email was fetched from the server.

 

This seems to be a WHMCS bug in my opinion. Is there any way to simply allow any type of attachment in the settings under "Allowed File Attachment Types"?

 

Then I can let my server decide whether the file presents a risk before WHMCS gets the email.
