blakeh
Currently the system allows for custom invoice generation dates for different billing cycles, but it would be nice if we could do overrides by product as well. For example, we resell Rackspace email and a few clients we go in and check their actual box usage and bill them accordingly. For those we'd like to not have the invoices generate as far in advance as everything else. (would actually like to do a manual invoice each time, but then our reoccurring revenue numbers would be off) (on a side note, would love to use the ModuleGarden RS module, but seems like it isn't documented enough and don't have time for trial and error to figure it out. Can't tell if it would support this method of billing or not. So for now we're manual. <sigh>) Thanks.

blakeh
If feedback is in a separate area, (requiring yet another account login with different credentials?) why have this forum? I've looked over there but just haven't bothered making yet a 3rd set of credentials for the same website.

blakeh
I'll try again, but in the past it's acted like I don't have an account, even though I was logged into the forums.
Alex - Arvixe
I'll try again, but in the past it's acted like I don't have an account, even though I was logged into the forums. Just tried and it does work for me without any issues. If feedback is in a separate area, why have this forum? Feature requests isn't the only form of feedback .
