Orders wont be paid

Hi

 

When a costumer have paid theyer invoice, the invoice don't change status to "paid".

 

This is from my billing log from my latest costumer.

do you have IPN setup correctly http://docs.whmcs.com/PayPal#Instant_Payment_Notification_.28IPN.29

also check this part http://docs.whmcs.com/PayPal#Charset_Configuration

 

do you get any errors in Activity Log: Admin Area > Utilities > Logs > Activity Log

or in Gateway Logs: Admin Area > Billing > Gateway Log

Yesteday a customer bought a server and i have UTF-8 in both but i still says this in the error log:

you don't have to share this sensitive data like your client email,

 

what error message you get this time?

also if you didn't notice the charset in this info is Windows-1252, make sure you set the correct charset as suggested also check the URL from @John reply to see the reason for common error messages in PayPal

Hi,

I've removed the sensitive information from your second post.

 

The reason the payment wasn't recorded is this:

 

 charset => windows-1252

 

If your WHMCS installation is set to UTF-8 but the IPN is using windows-1252 you'll get an error.
