Maybe by simply deleting the mail template or some more intelligent way? Or better yet, exempt certain customers from receiving these mails? We've got customers with quite a few domains, that mostly got registered or moved to us on the same day. And we received a shitstorm on one of those days recently for sending out so many mails.
