Support ticket submission - receiving bounceback

Hoping someone can help me.

I've set up the support ticket system and the tickets are being submitted ok but the sender is receiving a bounceback, with the following message:


The following text was generated during the delivery attempt:


PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/opt/alt/php54/usr/lib64/php/modules/curl.so' - /opt/alt/php54/usr/lib64/php/modules/curl.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0


The tickets are coming through ok and the sender is receiving the email to say that the support ticket has been received and someone will reply soon but the bounceback arrives straight after.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you're seeing PHP warnings in emails, it suggests that the error_reporting level may be set too high. Please ensure Display Errors is off in Setup > General Settings > Other tab and in your configuration.php file. Then try reducing the error_reporting level in your PHP configuration until the warning is no longer displayed.
