Support ticket autoresponders not sending

Our WHMCS setup has stopped sending the "Support Ticket Opened" mails to clients. We are using a pipe setup and admins are getting the "New Ticket Opened" mail, and tickets are getting created, but clients are not getting the autoresponder, I have checked that "no autoresponder" is not ticked, and the email template is not disabled, what else can I check?
