[confirmed] Error code: 1014. Error message: Parser error: Cannot parse the XML from the source specified

When attempting to automatically provision to Plesk 11.5, WHMCS threw the following error:

 

Error: Error code: 1014. Error message: Parser error: Cannot parse the XML from the source specified

 

I checked the account it was trying to provision and took a guess by removing an ampersand (&) from the company name and voila -- it provisioned successfully.

 

It seems that there might not be proper XML escaping for special characters before submitting to the Plesk API?

This issue has been previously reported. We have opened case 5370 and are in communication with Plesk about the issue and the correct behavior.
