netwood Posted October 24, 2014 Share Posted October 24, 2014 I just noticed, if you configure a setup fee for a product, the setup fee is not listed on the initial order as a separate item in the confirmation email. It correctly add the setup to the monthly as "First Payment Amount". This is how the email looks like: Product/Service: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX First Payment Amount: $XXXX USD Recurring Amount: $XXXXX USD Billing Cycle: Monthly Total Due Today: $XXXXX USD Is there a way to get the setup fee listed preferably between the "First Payment Amount" and "Recurring Amount"? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
