Changing from monthly to annual

Hello,

I have a customer that has just had a monthly invoice issued today, due on 1/9/2014.

How do I cancel this invoice and issue an annual invoice instead?

I'd like to keep my 1st of the month pro-rata in place.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Kind regards,

Chris

To cancel the invoice you would just need to go to that client's profile, click on the invoice tab and delete the invoice in question. To change it to an annual plan use the following steps:

  • Change the Billing Cycle dropdown menu to 'Annual'
  • Set Next Due Date to the next day your cron will run
  • Tick the 'Recalculate on Save' checkbox
  • Click Save Changes.

The next time your cron runs it should generate an annual invoice.

--Thanks
