Manually Applying Late Fees

We accidentally deleted the WHMCS cron job from our crontab and now there are a handful of invoices that are past the due date for which no late fees were applied.

 

Is there some way to manually apply late fees to an invoice? Or, even better, some way to apply late fees to a collection of invoices?

You could manually run the cron job by visiting the cron.php file in your browser (by default it's WHMCS.url/admin-url/cron.php).

 

Once you open the page give it a couple minutes to complete depending on how large your install is as it needs to run through everything. Once it stops loading it should be complete (it'll be a blank page) and you should find all the invoices that should have had late fees, have them.

 

Otherwise it should do this automatically once you enable the cron again.
