Rockyuk
Hi Everyone, I am getting this strange error everytime a new account is created? Has anyone else experienced this and if so how did you resolve it as it is happening every single time now? Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Thanks Rockyuk
CCSupport
Have you looked in the logs? Try enabling Debugging to see what is happening within WHMCS
Rockyuk
Hi CCsupport, I have enabled module debugging but not sure what i am looking for? Also when it creates an account it sets the public_html to 750 not 755 which is throwing up the error. No error showing in the module debugging is that the correct debug? Thanks Rockyuk
CCSupport
I think you might be right...Module debug might not show up anything. What server OS is it? Might be worth looking into the server logs? Is this a new WHMCS installation?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 22, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 22, 2014 Hi, Are you seeing this error on your WHMCS installation, or in the hosting accounts that get created? WHMCS just sends the "Create" command you to server control panel software, it then handles the rest. So I'd suggest looking at your server control panel to debug this rather than WHMCS.
