I have a big problem, is I hope you can help me.

 

I have an error message when I want to use ajaxcart. Ajaxcart (Unavailable *)

 

If I put default in General Settings: he said:

 

This feature is not available When using the Ajax Cart template as the default template order form.

This is due to the one way in the All which Ajax Cart template dynamically loads Each step in a single page.

If You Would like to use this feature alternative, You Will need to select an default template in Setup> General Settings> Ordering

You want to enable Ajax cart, right?

 

Doesn't look like you're in the right place to enable it as the default order form. To do this, go to your WHMCS admin area -> Setup -> General Settings -> Ordering -> *Select Ajax Cart here*.

 

Try that and report back if you still have any issues.

Hi,

That's right; for the reasons explained inside the software it is not possible to use the ajaxcart order form template with just one product group.
