myautodj
Since Android is by far the most popular and used phone software, and still growing... I would recommend it's time to update your WHMCS Android app, last update was 2011 !!! Also request push notifications for tickets, I see other users have also posted some great ideas https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.whmcs.awhmcs&hl=en
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 15, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 15, 2014 Hi, Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. We welcome feature requests at http://requests.whmcs.com
myautodj
Thanks for that, I found it is already a feature request https://requests.whmcs.com/responses/update-the-andoird-app
malfunction
That response is just standard WHMCS code for "we don't care, now go and pound sand" The focus is clearly on finding new ways to separate you from your money, rather than supporting existing products.

How many of these worthless, insulting complaints are you prepared to post on these forums, malfunction? I should let you know here that feedback is always good, insulting offensive comments are not. Ever. With that in mind, I look forward to your reply.
malfunction
Until you write better software or the ban hammer comes down I suppose. You might find it informative to have a read through the reviews here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.whmcs.awhmcs https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/iwhmcs/id343647658 to see what your paying clients think of these apps, outside of the considerable criticism that's been posted on this board. Vast majority of ratings are one star and comments are horrible (insulting and offensive maybe, but even that shouldn't be viewed as worthless) and WHMCS should be ashamed, but do nothing. You yourself told us over six months ago you were handling iWHMCS personally and everything was going to be great, before promptly locking the thread. No change since then of course, the other apps and add ons are equally neglected. And the "go stick it in the suggestion box" thing is getting really old. It has became the standard WHMCS response to anything that isn't terribly convenient, but if you can't see it as just a method of blowing off users with valid feedback then I'd recommend some glasses. It's a huge repository of ideas and comments that go nowhere, only 0.01% have ever been implemented.
Infopro
You yourself told us over six months ago you were handling iWHMCS personally and everything was going to be great, before promptly locking the thread. I am personally involved, is what I said. That's a bit different. It's been a long road traveled since then too. I can tell you that we're almost there though, you have my word on that, FWIW to you. My prior comments stand intact. I am doing my best to try and help these along, right now, still. You'll also recall in those closed threads I think, my comments asking for feedback. Not 'it's broke, it sucks, fix it', type comments, but actual valuable comments on the apps. I'm unable to help with the past version of these apps, or answer to those comments you link us to on the stores. I am though, we are, trying to help change the future of them all, right now. No one has told you to go pound sand here. And, we're all here to make money. You, me, WHMCS, all of us. I'm unclear on why that seems so offensive to you. Here, and in the other thread about fast track support. The Feature Requests site provides organization of new ideas that the old forums Feature Requests area could not. It's not a place to blow off your ideas and suggestions, it's a valuable tool. Constructive criticism is always welcomed. No need for a ban hammer there. Keep it coming.
