Some of IPs in the recent activity is not shown in WHMCS after the last update and is not logged in the WHMCS logs. I can confirm that this was the issue for us as well. Using Virtualmin I was able to enable CentOS SCL (Software Collections) and additionally install PHP 5.4 (from 5.3) specifically for our WHMCS install.
