  1. Well, it looks that there was a Skrill problem, because without change anything from our siide, now Skrill payments notifications started to work. It was probably only coincidence, that Skrill problem raised in the same time as we have upgraded WHMCS.
  2. Yes, we have checked gateway logs and even httpd logs, but the strange fact is, that there is even no entries in the httpd logs from Skrill notification. So Skrill server even not connects to our server or connection not pass to our server. The last record in the httpd log from Skrill was just before we have upgraded PHP and WHMCS. After that there is no connections from Skrill servers shown and we had to login to Skrill and apply payments to the Invoices in the manual way. We use Cloudflare, but Skrill IP is whitelisted and we have not changed anything in Cloudflare, just upgrade WHMCS and PHP. So now we are not sure is this is i PHP issue, or WHMCS issue or something else. There is even no logs about blocked connection in Cloudflare and in our server logs. All other payment gateways is working without any problems. This problem is isolated only to Skrill. So by opening this thread, we want to try to know direction to which investigate this issue. Is this WHMCS problem? Or maybe Skrill? Or maybe Cloudflare?
  3. We have upgraded WHMCS 5.3.14 to WHMCS 6.1 (and now to 6.1.1) and PHP version to 5.6 and after that Skrill payment method is not working for us. After customer pays with Skrill, no notification from Skrill comes to our servers, so invoice is not automatically marked as paid. Have anyone use WHMCS 6.1 (6.1.1) with PHP 5.6 and with the Skrill payment method and can confirm this problem? Thank you in advance.

    Recent client activity - ip address blank ??

    Yes, we can also confirm this issue. Some of IPs in the recent activity is not shown in WHMCS after the last update and is not logged in the WHMCS logs. I think this is a bug which needs to be reported and fixed.

  6. Hello, WHMCS 5.2.7 We have noticed, that Mark All checkbox at the upper left corner in the unpaid invoices list in admin section is not working. Clicking/checking/unchecking this checkbox is not marking all invoices in the current page as checked/unchecked, so we need to check/mark every invoice in the list in the manual way for cancellation and this is annoying. Can some one else confirm this bug? Thanks.

    WHMCS 5.1.2 IP Ban not working?

    After the upgrade to WHMCS 5.1.2 (not sure if this is the reason for a problem) IP bans is not working. We have more than 850 IP banned in WHMCS, but banned IPs still can access WHMCS and place orders etc. All bans is not expired. Could someone with 5.1.2 confirm this bug? Thank you.
  8. Just download WHMCS archive from WHMCS website again and upload files to your website. WHMCS has fixed this error in the latest source.

    Order accept problem

    We have same problem. We use Resellerclub and on order accepting domain is not registered and stays pending. Then when registering domain from domain details page sometimes getting error: "Error: Error obtaining customer id ". After retrying domain is registered at Resellerclub, but in WHMCS it stays in pending state and expiration date is updated. So after semi-manual registration we have also to update domain status and expiration date in WHMCS manually.

After upgrade to a WHMCS 5.1.2 we are getting this error when we try to open support ticket for a customer from admin interface or when replaying to a customer ticket: Fatal error: Call to undefined function ticketsummary() in /panel/includes/ticketfunctions.php on line 0 Do someone else on WHMCS 5.1.2 getting this error also?

    No, because this is one time discount, not recurring. Promotion code discount is shown on the order form, but not applied to the first generated invoice (even there is no discount line in the invoice).

    We got a problem with promotion codes after upgrade. When customer enters promotion code with -50% discoun, then on the order form this code is accepted and order price is reduced, but after that, on the generated invoice there is no discount.

    WHMCS Cron Job is not completing

    With the big help of WHMC stuff I have found problem. There was an error in one of payment processor modules which shows up only when running cron job. And PHP errors showing was dissabled in the WHMCS configuration.php file. So, even PHP errors showing is enabled in the php.ini, WHMCS not shows any errors.
