kantoni
Hi I cannot get my emails to appear as support tickets. Can someone please help me with the right command to pipe the emails to WHMCS I have tried a couple of different commands but does not work. I have also changed the permissions on the pipe.php file as instructed. Why doesn't it work? Thanks
durangod
kantoni you may get a quicker reply for this issue by opening a support ticket, seems its worthy of a ticket. I dont use piping so im not sure but this does seem like a support worthy request..
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted June 23, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted June 23, 2014 Hi, These forums are for user-to-user support. We try and drop by when we can and help out. Please send a screenshot of the email forwarder configured in the cPanel email forwarders page for us to review. Do you get any bounce messages when you try testing the piping?

SeanP
Make sure your permissions are set to 755 on pipe.php and pop.php.
