durangod Posted June 21, 2014 Share Posted June 21, 2014 with the limited info you gave its hard to help. you did not mention if you confirmed your ip's are set up with your registrar, or are there any error messages in cPanel or the whmcs error log, or that you checked permissions, or that you confirmed you have followed the install to the letter. That must be disabled for WHMCS to operate correctly.
