After one year owned license not working

Recommended Posts

Hi,

My support pack has expired. By mistake I have download upgrade version and installed. When I load url admin, it shows

You are using an Owned License for which the support & updates validity period expired before this release. Therefore in order to use this version of WHMCS, you first need to renew your support & updates access. You can do this from our client area @ http://www.whmcs.com/members/clientarea.php

If you feel this message to be an error, please contact us @ http://www.whmcs.com/get-support

Got a new license key? Click here to enter it

After that I deleted your upgrade version restore old backup with data base , now it is showing

Down for Maintenance (Err 2)

An upgrade is currently in progress... Please come back soon...

So what is this my original should work. I have owned license that never expired.

Please guide me how can I fix ? I am not in position to renew support pack after 1 year.

Hi,

This error means that the version of the database and the version of the PHP files do not match.

You can check the version of the database by looking at the "Version" value in the tblconfiguration table.

Open any of the PHP files in a text editor and you'll see the version towards the top of the file.

The two versions must match.
