CCSupport Posted May 14, 2014 Share Posted May 14, 2014 Hello all, Can someone let me know how to allow a newly created Email Template which is within the Product Templates to show up in the 'Send Email' box within the clients Summary page? I thought all self created templates show up but looks like only email templates that have been created within the 'General' section appear for sending. I know I could just recreate the template but if I make changes we will need to remember to duplicate those changes.....which can be forgotten! See below: You can see that the Maintenance_Email & SSL Expriing Soon templates....they reside within the General Messages. Any advice would be great.
