WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 8, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 8, 2014 Hi, If all the WHMCS files definitely exist on your server, this means that the script cannot read them. For Windows, realpath requires execute permission on all directories (list file contents).

MrRadic
For PHP RealPath() the parent folder (above the WHMCS root folder) must also have read permissions. Set those permissions and everything will magically start working. Support had no clue about this, but it seems to be a common issue. http://forums.iis.net/p/1153823/1887716.aspx
