Newly setup domain name/hosting account in WHMCS is set to 00/00/0000

Hi there!

We have a problem in WHMCS (WHM 11.42.0 (build 21)) right now where when someone orders a new hosting account with a new domain name, the "expiry date" of the domain name in WHMCS is set to 00/00/0000. I don't know if we have WHMCS configured wrong or if this is a bug WHMCS.

Any ideas what may be wrong?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Regards,

Yemi.

Hi

May be there is a error in your configuration and its not a general issue or bug in WHMCS.

This error comes while a normal customer order or while importing using whm import script?

If this error came after importing using cpanel/whm script, its common that Payment Method, Pricing, Billing Cycle & Next Due Date may be incorrect. So you have to update it manually.

Thanks for your quick response!

This problem comes while processing a normal customer order. What exactly do I need to update manually?

Thanks again!

Hi,

What entries do you see under Utilities > Logs > Activity Log at the time of ordering and payment?

Any abnormalities there should help track down the problem.

Hi John!

Thanks for your response, I cannot locate Utilities > Logs > Activity in my version.

My WHM version is WHM 11.42.0 (build 22), can you point me to where I can view the logs?

Thanks again!
