  1. Hello, We use the latest version of WHMCS and we're currently experiencing the following issue for our clients who have subscriptions: WHMCS cannot automatically charge users who already used their CC via CIM or echeck gateways The are no exclusions - all attempts to automatically capture CC payments fail with this error: Error E00027, Card Code is required. This is an example of the full response we get (X's replace personal info): <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><createCustomerProfileTransactionResponse xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns="AnetApi/xml/v1/schema/AnetApiSchema.xsd"><messages><resultCode>Error</resultCode><message><code>E00027</code><text>Card Code is required.</text></message></messages><directResponse>3,2,33,Card Code is required.,,XXXX,CC,auth_capture,XXXX,XXX,XXX,,XXX XXX,XXXr,XX,XXXX,AF,XXXXX,,XXXX@gmail.com,,,,,,,,,,,,,,XXXXX,,,,,,,,,,,,,XXXX9764,MasterCard,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,</directResponse></createCustomerProfileTransactionResponse> Echecks fail with this error: Response Reason Code => 33 Response Reason Text => Bank account number is required. We have to manually resubmit payment details for clients to renew subscriptions. We do have profile info stored and everything seems to be OK (usual payments go through fine) For CC payments, we think this is related to the fact that the system is not allowed to store CVC code. Can anyone give advice on how this can be resolved? Thanks. Yemi.
  2. Hi there, I have some services setup and would like to bill just a setup fee for the first month and a monthly fee for subsequent months. I tried doing this but it doesn't work correctly -- right now, my new clients are billed both setup fee and monthly when they signup instead of just the setup fee at sign up. Is there any way I can configure a $0 fee just for the first month so my clients just need to pay for setup fee on first month and then pay a monthly subscription from the second month? I run version 5.2.16. Thanks.
  3. Hi there, Last week (20th, 21st March), I attempted to upgrade my WHMCS version from 5.2.16 to the latest version (5.3.5). Although the upgrade completed successfully, I lost a lot of customization on my WHMCS installation which took several months to complete. I have since decided to reverse the upgrade and restored my installation to 19th March. Before restoring, I took a backup of the upgraded version so now, I have some data (19th - 22nd March) trapped in that version which I need to urgently move back into the restored version. Invoices which were paid while upgraded version was running are now showing up as unpaid. Is there any way I can extract this information from the upgraded backed up database and merge with my restored version which is currently running? Thanks in advance.
  4. Hi there, I have a license for WHMCS. I currently have version 5.2.16 but would like to update to the latest version (5.3.5) However, I have made extensive customizations to my current version. So I want to do a clean install of version 5.2.16 in another folder on my server and compare with my working version. Is this allowed? Thanks.
  5. I'm experiencing the same problem as stated on the thread I created here: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?86946-Newly-setup-domain-name-hosting-account-in-WHMCS-is-set-to-00-00-0000 Any hopes of a solution soon?
  6. Hi John! Thanks for your response, I cannot locate Utilities > Logs > Activity in my version. My WHM version is WHM 11.42.0 (build 22), can you point me to where I can view the logs? Thanks again!
  7. Thanks for your quick response! This problem comes while processing a normal customer order. What exactly do I need to update manually? Thanks again!
  8. Hi there! We have a problem in WHMCS (WHM 11.42.0 (build 21)) right now where when someone orders a new hosting account with a new domain name, the "expiry date" of the domain name in WHMCS is set to 00/00/0000. I don't know if we have WHMCS configured wrong or if this is a bug WHMCS. Any ideas what may be wrong? Thanks in advance for your help! Regards, Yemi.
