benbmg
Hi Guys I just set up my resellerclub module and registered a domain via my website (WHMCS) front end. The registration did not go through to my resellerclub account due to the above error. Anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening? My API credentials should be correct and I my WHMCS product is not supported at all. Cheers

brian!
http://docs.whmcs.com/ResellerClub#Website_Doesn.27t_Exist_For_xxx Website Doesn't Exist For xxxThis error occurs when the domain does not exist in your ResellerClub account. This message will be displayed when a domain transfer is in progress but will automatically disappear when the transfer is complete.
benbmg
http://docs.whmcs.com/ResellerClub#Website_Doesn.27t_Exist_For_xxx This doesn't help, it is not a transfer. Surely if you registrar a domain in WHMCS then it should automatically go through to my account in resellerclub. I don't see why I should have to register it in WHMCS and then in my resellerclub account as well. I have spoken to Resellerclub and they said they don't support this and to contact WHMCS support, but my licence is not through WHMCS directly as I mentioned. This is why I have come to this forum because I see no other alternative at this stage. Are there any other options? Cheers
brian!
does the activity log provide any further info?
Troy
Go to Utilities -> Logs -> Module Log and enable it. Try to register the domain again, and then look at the module log.
benbmg
Yes I checked the activity log and the module log. They suggested that the phone number field was not populated. I entered a new domain registration populating all fields and it worked. Thanks for the help guys.
mikie
Same problem here. Support was of no help. Instead, they sent me links to the DOCS. What the hell! I explained the issues in English. I gave links and logins to my system yet I got a reply back with links to the docs? The issues is, NO ORDERS WAS FOUND appears at the registrar when a new domain is purchased. This needs to be looked into. Iv upgraded WHMCS and the issues still exists.
WHMCS Product Manager WHMCS John Posted March 20, 2014 WHMCS Product Manager Share Posted March 20, 2014 Hi, First, please ensure all the additional .au information has been completed on the client's Domains tab and Save Changes. Next click the "Register" Module Command button under he client's Domains tab (or check your Utilities > Activity Log) to get the actual error that occurred when trying to register the domain. @mkie: If the issue persists once you've tried the common errors in the documentation to which our support team referred you, you absolutely should reply so we can investigate further. We of course have to start by eliminating the common problems covered by our documentation.
