Items not Appearing in Cart and Not Billing Clients

On the Order New Services page, when you select a product, and nothing appears in the cart, no does the card even show up. (See the screenshot below)

Then, if you continue, and enter your information and select Payment Method Paypal (only option), the account is created cPanel and all, but it doesn't dispatch and invoice. When the client goes to view invoices, it says it has been paid. I double checked and in the admin area, there is a price for the service, and I correctly configured my Paypal setup and the API.

 

Can someone help? Thanks!

I don't believe so. I am getting the following error in the system activity log.

 

Smarty Error: unable to read resource: "/home/host24/public_html/client/templates/orderforms/modern/cartsummary.tpl"

 

Also, I have tried to switch the template, and have cleared the template_c file to clear the cach, and the template isn't changing.

Try to re-upload WHMCS files and be sure that your FTP isn't interrupting or losing any files, once done go to general in your WHMCS admin area and be sure you've selected the right options save and exit. Your final system is to clear your browser cache or try access WHMCS from another device (PC or Mobile) definitely this will save your day!

Hi,

Regrettably is it not possible to use the ajaxcart order form template in conjunction with a different template. If you have specified Ajaxcart under Setup > General Settings > Ordering tab, please ensure your product groups are set to the "Use Default" option.
