zazups
Hi there guys, I have a little big problem with my whmcs software. When i'm going to order a hosting package it sends me to /http://website.com//whmcs/cart.php?a=add&pid=3 (this is the page where i use to chose my domain that i'm to order or selecting the option that i have one) - When i enterd the domain that i wish to order in the first field, and a click verify it pops up a loading bar with infinit loading (example in printscreen attached). What seems to be the problem? I must mention that i have a unique IP brought from my service provider. I'me waiting for your response. Thx in advance.
brian!
I don't think your domain settings are totally setup correctly... even if you go to whmcs/domainchecker.php, you can't order any domains... you also seem to have transfers disabled - you must have put -1 in the domain pricing page transfer column.. you should probably go through the domains config page in the documentation and check your settings are correct. http://docs.whmcs.com/Domains_Configuration
zazups
I understand, but the problem seems to apper when i've bought a unique IP from my service provider. Can this be the problem? Because before this it worked properly.

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted February 3, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted February 3, 2014 Hi, Please ensure you are accessing your order form from the exact URL specified under Setup > General Settings > WHMCS System URL. If you use a different subdomain or omit the www. when you've got the www. part in the system URL, it could cause this problem.
